Main Line Equity Partners Announces Flexible Debt Financing Solutions
Provides asset, revenue, and cash flow-based funding to small businesses without the hurdles of traditional banking
Main Line Equity Partners today announced the introduction of its Debt Financing to offer alternative financing products for small business entities. The company will provide access to asset, revenue, and cash flow-based financing solutions through its $50 million Main Line Alternative Asset Fund I. The Fund targets borrowers who typically need between $500,000 and $3 Million and require flexible capital structures to grow their businesses.
Main Line’s alternative lending products focus on three distinct market segments:
- Real Estate—where developers and investors use loan products to purchase, refinance, rehab, and stabilize real estate.
- Software & Tech—providing alternative loan structures for asset-light businesses who need to secure cash-flow and revenue-backed loans quickly.
- Acquisition—for businesses looking to recapitalize and use funding to obtain loans to support a merger or acquisition.
Federal banking regulations, strict bank lending protocol, and flawed collateral polices often preclude small businesses from borrowing from traditional banks. While traditional banks can provide inexpensive capital, there are serious hurdles to accessing that capital. Even for small businesses that qualify, the slow process makes the use of these traditional banks unrealistic. Banks can take over 12 weeks to approve a business loan and often prefer large commercial loans.
“As small business owners and operators we have experienced the challenges of securing traditional bank financing first hand. There is a significant gap in the market for alternative small business loans. We have 20+ years of experience in the Fund’s target markets and associated loan products, and the knowledge to get comfortable with the underlying loan collateral profiles of the Fund.” said Chris Randazzo, Managing General Partner at Main Line Equity Partners.
Randazzo adds, “the ‘Main Line Alternative Asset Fund I’ allows us to continue our track record and expertise in the micro-cap market and provide additional value to small businesses seeking non-traditional funding while supporting our small business portfolio’s ongoing capital requirements.”
