Main Line Equity Partners Purchases 75,000 Sq/Ft Industrial Warehouse
Midwest location expands real estate portfolio
Main Line Equity Partners has expanded its real estate holdings by purchasing a 75,000 square foot industrial warehouse in Ohio. The facility is currently occupied by a last mile e-commerce distributor serving the Ohio market.
Founder and Managing Partner, Chris Randazzo, added, “Inventory bandwidth and facilities like this have become a rarity during the well-publicized supply chain problems. Our decision to expand into the Midwest industrial real estate market was driven by the continued need for sub 100,000 square foot warehouse serving last mile distribution. While Amazon and other large e-commerce take up larger parcels and 200,000+ square foot buildings the micro warehouse space is in high demand and very short supply.”
