Main Line Equity Partners, a Philadelphia-based private equity firm, has expanded its real estate holdings by completing the acquisition of a 10+ acre 210,000 square feet industrial warehouse in Northeast Philadelphia (1100 West Luzerne Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19140).
